Our client is expanding their local presence in the Philippines and is seeking a seeking a proactive, collaborative and self-motivated Jira Administrator to join their dynamic team.. Duties & Responsibilities: . • Atlassian Administration: User, group, role, and permission management; routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups.. • Workflow & Automation: Design and optimise workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to reduce manual effort.. • Project Configuration & Reporting: Create/maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports.. • Billing & Cost Optimisation: Track licences, reconcile invoices, right-size tiers, and recommend savings on apps and subscriptions.. • Integration & Add-ons: Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.. • User Support & Training: Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.. • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process improvements.. • At least 2+ Proven Jira/Atlassian administration experience (cloud).. • Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM (ITIL, SLAs, queues).. • Experience managing SaaS licences, budgets, or cost-control initiatives.. • Scripting/automation (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and strong problem-solving skills.. • Excellent English communication; comfortable training non-technical users.. • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.. Advantageous Skills:. • Atlassian certification(s) in Jira Software / Jira Service Management or willingness to obtain quickly.. • Bachelor’s Degree . Company Location: Philippines.
