Senior Tableau Developer at inbybob_. We have a request from our customer for a Tableau Senior Developer. This is a long term project.. Responsibilities. . Prototype, design, develop and publish Tableau Cloud Reports. . Develop Tableau Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations. . Translate business needs to technical specifications. . Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting. . Collaborate with Data Engineering team to create Data marts design. . Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance. . Build and modify tables, views and optimize SQL queries, indexes as needed. . Implement security on developed Dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements. . Create technical documentation for the BI Solution. . . Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.. . 5+ years of Reporting and Analytics using Tableau. . Excellent knowledge of Functions, Data Modelling, RLS, parameters. . Ability to optimize dashboard performance (e.g., minimizing load time, query tuning, extract scheduling). . Understanding Data Warehouse, Data Lake and ETL concepts. . Mastery of SQL. . Will be plus. . Experience with Power BI. . Experience in CPG industry. . English.
