The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in delivering seamless technical integrations for fintech partners, enabling the deployment of embedded banking products at scale. You will collaborate across product, compliance, engineering, and partner teams to ensure smooth delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Solutions Engineer is responsible for:. . Leading fintech partner technical scoping, including discovery sessions, funds-flow design, sandbox setup, UAT, and go-live coordination.. . Maintaining partner-facing APIs, authentication, and webhook flows, ensuring clear documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections).. . Translating partner business requirements into detailed solution designs and PRDs in alignment with contractual and compliance requirements.. . Coordinating with processors, networks, and third-party vendors for certifications, file specifications, and program modifications.. . Defining and validating funds flows, settlements, GL postings, and reconciliations to enable accurate financial reporting.. . Collaborating with engineering teams on schema design, data mapping, and ETL pipelines to support reporting, reconciliation, and analytics.. . Supporting technical due diligence and risk assessments for potential fintech partnerships.. . Representing the company in partner meetings, articulating technical and compliance capabilities clearly.. . Advising on new BaaS product features and shaping the roadmap based on partner needs and market trends.. . . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).. . 5+ years of technical experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or SaaS/API integration.. . Strong knowledge of API design and integration (REST, webhooks, OAuth2/JWT).. . Familiarity with payment systems and banking rails such as ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, and card issuing/processing.. . Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including KYC/AML, BSA/OFAC, PCI-DSS, and data security.. . Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging).. . Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and partners.. . Prior experience at a sponsor bank, card issuer, processor, or BaaS provider is preferred.. . Proven track record managing partner/enterprise integration projects, including discovery, UAT, and go-live.. . Hands-on experience with SQL, data mapping, and financial reconciliation workflows is a plus.. .
