As a Marketplace Customer Representative, you will interact with customers through multiple channels, addressing their questions, managing orders, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your excellent communication skills in Spanish will be essential for building positive relationships with our diverse customer base.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, chat, and phone regarding marketplace orders.. . Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and return processes.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with the marketplace team to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.. .
