Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and general product information.. . Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.. . Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in our support systems.. . Collaborate with team members to continually improve customer service processes and enhance overall service quality.. .
