This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the immigration process for our clients.. Responsibilities:. . Lead the immigration team, overseeing a variety of immigration cases for both the US and Canada.. . Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.. . Review and prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to relevant authorities.. . Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.. . Track and manage deadlines for cases to ensure timely submission and compliance.. . Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients, providing guidance and support on immigration-related inquiries.. . . 5+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a strong focus on US and Canadian immigration systems.. . Experience managing a team and overseeing immigration processes is highly desired.. . In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures, regulations, and best practices.. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.. . Proficient in legal research and case management software.. .
