Travel and hands-on engagement with teams will support your impact across multiple locations.. . Accountabilities. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will:. . Consult and maintain strong relationships with facility management, providing guidance on HR best practices.. . Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop programs, policies, and solutions that align with business objectives.. . Ensure compliance with legal requirements and reduce organizational risk, partnering with the legal department as needed.. . Provide day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.. . Facilitate workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring at the facility level.. . Identify training needs, develop programs, and deliver instruction to HR teams on processes, policies, and compliance.. . Maintain HRIS system functionality and support local HR teams in troubleshooting and workflow optimization.. . Conduct audits of I9s, background checks, and other compliance activities, supporting risk management efforts.. . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.. . 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.. . Healthcare HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner or similar role.. . Strong multi-state HR knowledge, including familiarity with state-specific employment regulations.. .
