Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Assume responsibility for all phases of technology and consulting projects, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.. . Apply technical and functional expertise to evaluate, implement, and optimize packaged software solutions, specifically Deltek Costpoint, for commercial and federal clients.. . Develop and execute methodologies tailored to government contracting projects.. . Manage day-to-day project activities, allocate resources, and assign responsibilities to project team members.. . Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and relationship management at all levels, including executives.. . Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to consultants, clients, and project teams.. . Contribute to practice growth, including identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, and supporting internal initiatives.. . Ensure project and consulting engagements adhere to high standards of quality, ethics, and timeliness.. . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.. . Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial or management consulting, ideally supporting commercial and/or federal clients.. . Demonstrated experience with Deltek/Costpoint implementation and related systems.. . Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.. . Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.. . Leadership experience, including supervising teams and guiding project execution.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant technology tools.. . Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.. .
