As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your job is to fuel the pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying growing eCommerce brands that would benefit from the fulfillment services. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle — researching and reaching out to brands, asking smart questions, qualifying their fit, and booking calls for the Account Executives. . Responsibilities. . Identify and prospect high-growth eCommerce brands across categories like health & wellness, beauty, supplements, apparel and more. . Execute daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels. . Qualify prospects based on their size, volume, and fulfillment needs. . Set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. . Track all activity and lead info accurately into CRM. . Work closely with the sales team to refine pitch messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach sequences. . Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team huddles to stay sharp and accountable. . Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. . Past experience involving sales, cold calling, or customer-facing roles . . Hunger, grit, and strong communication skills. .
