Our Fuel Analytics platform is at the forefront of helping fuel retailers, distributors, and logistics teams optimize their operations, reduce costs, and ensure compliance through powerful data insights. . We are seeking a highly strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our Fuel Analytics platform. In this role, you will act as the business owner of the product, driving significant value for our customers and substantial growth for Titan Cloud. You'll deeply understand the complexities of fuel asset management, anticipate market needs, and lead a dedicated cross-functional team to build innovative solutions that transform how our customers manage their fuel. . What You’ll Do. . Define & Own Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the Fuel Analytics platform, aligning it with Titan Cloud's overall business objectives and market opportunities within fuel asset management. . . Customer & Market Expert: Become the authoritative voice on our fuel analytics customers (e.g., fuel retailers, distributors, logistics managers) and their evolving needs, pain points, and workflows. Conduct continuous customer research, market analysis, and competitive landscaping to identify opportunities and threats. . . Outcome-Driven Roadmap: Create, prioritize, and manage a clear, outcome-oriented product roadmap that balances customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Communicate this roadmap effectively across the organization. . . Cross-Functional Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated cross-functional team (product, engineering, data science) throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration. Foster a culture of agile development and continuous improvement. . . Discovery & Solution Design: Lead product discovery efforts, defining user stories, use cases, and detailed requirements that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. . . Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market plans for new features and products. Equip internal teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position, sell, and support the Fuel Analytics platform. . . Performance & Optimization: Define and track critical success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, customer ROI in fuel savings/efficiency). Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative product enhancements. . . Industry & Technology Acumen: Stay abreast of the latest trends in fuel management, IoT, data analytics, and SaaS product methodologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities, particularly around smart tank technology, ATG data, and predictive analytics. . . . 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products. . . Direct experience in the petroleum, convenience retail, or fuel logistics industry- strongly preferred.. . Demonstrated experience in data-intensive products or analytics platforms; experience in supply chain, logistics, or asset management is a significant plus. . . Exceptional ability to understand complex technical domains and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. . . Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define a compelling product vision and rally teams around it. . . Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and working with engineering teams. . . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. . . A strong bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a customer-first mindset. . . Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline). . .
