Key Responsibilities. Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering positions, and onboarding new hires.. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical specifications, team interactions, and recruitment priorities.. Find candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.. Assess resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine both technical fit and cultural compatibility.. Coordinate and arrange technical interviews with the appropriate parties.. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.. Ensure an enjoyable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.. Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.. Keep up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and new technologies..
