This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in 340B program operations and regulatory compliance. You will oversee a team managing daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service in a dynamic healthcare technology environment. The role involves analyzing workflows, driving process improvements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize technology use and operational performance. Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, promoting engagement, development, and accountability.. . Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with 340B regulations, accuracy, and efficiency.. . Serve as the escalation point for operational challenges, driving timely resolution and collaboration across teams.. . Partner with IT and other internal teams to optimize workflows, improve technology utilization, and enhance client service delivery.. . Collaborate on onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer efforts for new clients and team members.. . Support financial operations, including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management.. . Drive process improvements, develop SOPs, ensure audit readiness, and provide operational insights to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, account management, or related fields with a focus on 340B programs.. . Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.. . Proven business acumen, including financial oversight, strategic planning, and resource management.. .
