This role is critical to ensuring our patients have access to high-quality specialty care—including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and other disciplines—within our mobile care model.. You will partner directly with the COO to design and execute our specialist network strategy: identifying target markets, recruiting top-tier providers, negotiating agreements, ensuring credentialing readiness, and driving long-term engagement and performance.. Monitor utilization, productivity, case acceptance, and patient access metrics. Identify opportunities to improve specialist engagement and clinical throughput. Support ongoing optimization of specialty workflows. Strategic Growth. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights. Contribute to long-term specialty expansion planning. Support new market launches and enterprise client expansions. WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE. Direct Impact: Your work directly expands patient access to critical specialty dental care.. Executive Visibility: You’ll report to the COO and play a central role in strategic growth decisions.. Mission-Driven Work: We serve patients who otherwise face significant barriers to care.. High-Growth Environment: Join a company scaling rapidly with meaningful leadership opportunities ahead.. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR. 3–7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, network development, healthcare contracting, or related roles. Experience recruiting or managing healthcare providers (dental experience strongly preferred). Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines simultaneously. Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing utilization and performance data. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. Exceptional communication skills—professional, clear, and persuasive. Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. If you’re energized by building high-performing networks, creating structure where none exists, and partnering closely with executive leadership to drive growth—we’d love to meet you..
