We’re looking for a . hands-on CRM Specialist. to support our in-house CRM Lead with execution and delivery across lifecycle communications.. This is a . part-time role. QA campaigns and journeys to ensure accuracy, timing and relevance . Use CRM data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, response and retention .
