This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven team that helps veterinary practices streamline purchasing and improve operational efficiency. You will support key client accounts, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring excellent client experiences. Working closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll develop expertise in platform solutions, collaborate with data scientists, and help clients achieve measurable results. This position combines project management, client-facing interactions, and analytical work in a dynamic remote environment, offering significant opportunities for growth and skill development in account management.. . Accountabilities. . Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications and campaign oversight.. . Collaborate with Senior Account Managers on recurring tasks and key accounts.. . Project manage campaign execution to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.. . Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, providing insights and optimization recommendations.. . Partner with data scientists and other account managers to craft compelling narratives and business reviews for clients.. . Educate and guide clients on best practices, onboarding processes, and strategic improvements.. . Nurture long-term relationships to demonstrate value and support client growth objectives.. . . 1+ years of experience in account management or related client-facing roles.. . Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.. . Excellent time and project management abilities, with attention to detail.. . Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign or business data.. . Ability to develop actionable insights and present findings to clients.. . Skilled in compiling and communicating client requirements to internal teams.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred.. .
