Set qualified appointments directly on the executive’s calendar;. Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email to confirm interest and attendance;. Pre-qualify prospects to ensure strong intent and alignment prior to booking;. Source, verify, and maintain clean, accurate lead lists;. Maintain detailed call notes and precise calendar entries;. Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder processes;. Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations regarding pipeline status;. Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal supervision;. Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar outbound sales/support role;. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence;. Experience using dialing systems (Kixie preferred) or the ability to learn quickly;. Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and handle objection-based conversations;. Experience sourcing, validating, and managing lead lists;. High level of initiative, accountability, and self-direction;. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;. Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and products efficiently;.
