What You'll Do:. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, Product Lifecycle Management, and Operations teams to ensure our products can be delivered at scale - reliably, cost-effectively, and with the quality our customers expect. You will also:. . Lead and own global supply chain operations for high-volume IoT products, across multiple SKUs. . Coordinate production logistics, lead time management and support fulfilment planning for both customer-facing and internal needs. . Support pilot builds and 0-series production, coordinating handover milestones (e.g. EVT/DVT/PVT) in alignment with PLM. . Ensure production readiness, including line setup and test processes, aligned with product specifications and resolve issues during ramp-up. . Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across global markets (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH). . Monitor supplier performance, including delivery reliability, cost, and product quality, and define corrective actions where needed. . Lead contract negotiations and drive cost-down initiatives in collaboration with finance, Product Lifecycle Management, and strategic sourcing stakeholders. . Collaborate closely with Product Lifecycle Management, IoT Operations and R&D to ensure design feedback is integrated early in development. . Manage supply chain risk and continuity planning, including alternate sourcing, inventory buffers, and mitigation strategies for volatility. . Lead the development of supply chain tools, templates, and processes (in particular ERP / SAP integration). . Structure and oversee manufacturing cost control budgeting and controlling. . What You'll Bring:. . University degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial management, or a related field. . Prior experience in hardware supply chain, NPI, or production management (ideally in an EMS, IoT, or consumer electronics context). . Solid understanding of contract manufacturing (in Asia), sourcing, and DFM best practices. . Experience in supplier negotiation, cost and lead time tracking, and production issue resolution. . Familiarity with pilot build and industrialization milestones (EVT/DVT/PVT) is a strong plus. . Comfortable operating independently in a cross-functional environment with evolving processes. . Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, and supply planning tools is an advantage. . Willingness to travel occasionally to visit suppliers and production partners. . Fluent in English; Chinese, German or French advantageous. . Company Location: Switzerland.
