Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and personal networks.. . Perform initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.. . Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.. . Update and maintain accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.. . Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance and communication in German.. . Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and enhance talent acquisition efforts.. . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.. No prior recruitment experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively..
