Respond to customer inquiries about financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in the relevant Nordic languages.. . Provide accurate information regarding account status, transactions, and financial regulations.. . Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts or services.. . Document all customer interactions meticulously within our CRM system.. . Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.. . Stay updated on financial industry trends and changes in policies to provide timely assistance.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. .
