Part-Time Operations and HR Coordinator (10 Hours per Week) at TV2 Consulting. In this part-time role, you’ll support finance, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to keep our business thriving. Work a schedule of 10 a.m. to noon Pacific Time (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time), Monday to Friday from your home office. . What You’ll Do:. . Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO. . . Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they’re error-free and professional.. . Preparing templates and obtain signatures on contracts and agreements. . . Asset Management: Research, order, and track equipment or assets, keeping our team equipped for success.. . Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors to ensure HR operations hum along smoothly.. . Keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, sending timely reminders, and updating project statuses.. . Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling interviews. May assist with some travel. . . Maintain organized digital records and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information.. . Who You Are:. . A Canadian resident, legally eligible to work in Canada on a long-term basis. . . A pro with . 3-5 years of administrative experience. , adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new tools quickly. . . A communication whiz with flawless English skills—written and verbal—and a talent for spotting errors. . .
