Managing new package requests and administering our data science package repository.. . Gathering data from various sources, cleaning and transforming it into usable formats for analysis. . . Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights within datasets. . . Analize complex datasets.. . Visualize, interpret, and report data findings.. . Create dynamic data reports.. . Requirements Management, Schedule Estimation and Planning.. . Collaboration and Coordination with members of a cross-functional team.. . Other duties as assigned or required.. . Required:. . At least five (5) years of experience performing duties similar to at least two (2) duties found in the Data Scientist description.. . Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline is required.. . Desired:. . Experience with 3rd generation programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++ desired.. . Experience with data science packages desired.. . Knowledge of various machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks), model evaluation, and deployment desired.. . Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (e.g., AWS).. . Experience working with Application Lifecycle and Configuration and Knowledge Management software is highly desired.. . Experience with GitLab is preferred.. . Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting is desired.. . Experience with Agile Methodology is desired.. . Security Clearance: .
