Serve as the patient’s primary point of contact throughout their healthcare journey, providing proactive outreach, education, and clinical support via phone and video.. . Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with empathy and clarity to prepare them for imaging procedures.. . Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, clinical, product, and support—to identify and address patient needs and process gaps.. . Participate in continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.. . Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and privacy regulations.. . Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless and high-touch patient experience.. . . Active compact state RN license, with residence and availability in Pacific or Central Time Zone.. . Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in radiology, oncology, ambulatory care, or concierge healthcare.. . At least 2 years of prior remote nursing experience in addition to core clinical background.. . Demonstrated expertise in patient communication and education in telehealth settings.. . Technologically proficient with clinical software, telehealth tools, and productivity platforms.. .
