We're looking for a skilled email marketing specialist to own and scale our practices' email programs. You'll design and execute campaigns, build automations, manage deliverability, and develop scalable processes — all while juggling a large book of accounts in a fast-paced environment.. What You'll Do. Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns across 20+ client accounts. Develop and document repeatable workflows and processes. Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Maintain deliverability health and list hygiene. Collaborate with the broader marketing team & commercial team to align messaging. 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience. Proficiency with ESP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Proven track record building campaigns and automation flows. Experience in an agency setting managing multiple clients. English fluency at C2 level required — written and spoken. Healthcare/Aesthetics/Beauty industry experience preferred. Company Location: Argentina.
