Accountabilities:. . Own and design the complete onboarding journey, from initial scoping to migration and activation. . Develop UX strategies and workflows that simplify complex multi-step user processes. . Create modular design components aligned with accessibility standards and the company's design system. . Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user needs and product goals. . Define success metrics such as migration success rate and onboarding speed, and optimize accordingly. . Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions. . Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising design standards across the team. . . 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on SaaS or operational tools. . Proven track record of designing intuitive B2B platforms or customer onboarding experiences. . Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems, including modular UI component creation. .
