This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers joining a powerful self-care business platform. You’ll help define and shape how users migrate and activate their accounts with seamless, intuitive design. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, you'll build self-serve tools and workflows that streamline a complex onboarding process. This position is ideal for a product designer who excels in ambiguity, values cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about creating scalable, user-centric experiences that drive business impact.. Accountabilities:. . Own and design the complete onboarding journey, from initial scoping to migration and activation. . Develop UX strategies and workflows that simplify complex multi-step user processes. . Create modular design components aligned with accessibility standards and the company's design system. . Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user needs and product goals. . Define success metrics such as migration success rate and onboarding speed, and optimize accordingly. . Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions. . Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising design standards across the team. . . 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on SaaS or operational tools. . Proven track record of designing intuitive B2B platforms or customer onboarding experiences. . Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems, including modular UI component creation. . Skilled in user research methods, including interviews and usability testing. . Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate business needs into user-first solutions. . Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving product requirements. . Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment. . Company Location: United States.
