Monitor trends, social listening, and competitor activity. Engage with community (comments, DMs, UGC) to build brand affinity. Collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to produce content assets. Track performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) and deliver weekly/monthly reports. Suggest optimizations and iterate based on data. What You Bring to the Table. 2+ years of experience managing social media (especially for brands or consumer apps). Strong content sense: storytelling, copywriting, visuals, video formats. Proficiency with social tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Good with data — comfortable reading performance metrics, interpreting insights, and adapting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
