We are currently looking for a Technical Leader I - DevOps in the United States.. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the DevOps practices across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks that support enterprise-scale applications. The position emphasizes both hands-on technical execution and strategic architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices for cloud and Windows-based infrastructure. Accountabilities. ·         Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps solutions across Azure cloud and on-premises Windows-based infrastructure.. ·         Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.. ·         Administer and enhance Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy for continuous integration and delivery.. ·         Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, PowerShell, or Terraform.. ·         Deploy, manage, and optimize Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and VMware.. ·         Configure, manage, and troubleshoot IIS-hosted applications, ensuring performance, security, and availability.. ·         Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.. ·         Enforce security best practices, implement disaster recovery strategies, and ensure compliance standards are met.. ·         Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into software workflows.. ·         Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and trends.. . ·         8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps, including 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure in a DevOps capacity.. ·         Expertise managing on-premises Windows-based infrastructure, networking, and virtualization technologies.. ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (Azure DevOps, AKS, VMs, Networking, Security).. ·         Strong experience with CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.. ·         Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, PowerShell, Terraform).. ·         Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).. ·         Deep understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and VMware.. ·         Experience configuring and troubleshooting IIS-hosted applications, including SSL, load balancing, and application pool management.. ·         Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSL) and monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds).. ·         Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and understanding of security best practices (Windows hardening, RBAC, compliance frameworks).. ·         Microsoft Azure or Windows Server certifications preferred.. .
