Sales (Primary Focus). Sell pre-designed service packages to inbound leads (no sourcing or cold outreach required) . Maintain a . minimum 40%+ conversion rate. . Conduct discovery calls and confidently guide clients toward the best-fit package . Handle objections professionally and move leads efficiently through the sales process . Track and report on sales performance metrics . Follow up with warm leads in a timely and strategic manner . Collaborate with leadership on improving scripts, offers, and sales processes . Qualifications. . Proven sales background required. (minimum 2+ years preferred) . Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed a . 40% conversion rate. .
