Conduct thorough needs analysis and product alignment assessments to deliver customized solutions to clients.. . Act as a trusted advisor to clients, answering complex product and technical inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing high-quality support.. . Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the cybersecurity or tech industry, typically obtained in 5+ years.. . Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, digital risk protection technologies, and relevant market trends.. . Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.. .
