Analyze reports and flag suspicious activities to prevent fraud in customer transactions.. . Provide exceptional support to customers in German during their inquiries related to fraud prevention and security measures.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies for effective fraud detection and response.. . Keep detailed records of investigations and customer interactions in the company’s database.. .
