We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our projects. This position requires a professional with proven experience in the Australian construction/engineering market, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project preparation and delivery. . Key Responsibilities: . . Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for projects in line with Australian standards and practices.. . Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.. . Collaborate closely with the project manager, engineers, and wider team to align on scope, timelines, and resources.. . Review and analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling.. . Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options during the estimating process.. . Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to gather competitive pricing and ensure alignment on requirements.. . Provide detailed reports and updates on project progress, risks, and cost controls to senior management.. .
