As a representative, you will be the face of our retail brand, assisting customers with their inquiries and enhancing their shopping experience in their native language.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, online orders, and store policies through phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide product information, assistance with sales, and support for returns and exchanges.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions and maintain records accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to address customer needs and feedback.. . Stay informed about product promotions, new arrivals, and retail trends to provide customers with relevant information.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.. .
