Develop treatment strategies tailored to individual goals.. . Provide therapy using effective, research-based methodologies.. . Handle urgent mental health concerns professionally and effectively.. . Engage in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.. . . Valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.. . .
