This role focuses on providing exceptional support to payor partner clinicians and clients within a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. You will be an essential point of contact, handling live calls, chats, and emails, and collaborating across teams to resolve billing issues and technical challenges. Working a consistent Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST shift, this position offers the chance to contribute directly to mental healthcare accessibility while developing your skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.. . Accountabilities. . Respond promptly to live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients, ensuring high-quality support.. . Collaborate with Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve billing and technical issues.. . Participate in regular meetings with your manager to review quality assurance and incorporate feedback to improve communication.. . Help identify and remove roadblocks for stakeholders to enhance their experience and satisfaction.. . . Availability to work Monday through Friday, 12pm-9pm EST.. . Minimum of 2 years in customer support, preferably with healthcare billing experience.. . At least 1 year assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email.. . Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment.. . Strong attention to detail and initiative in problem-solving.. . Empathetic, calm, and consultative communication style.. .
