April Super Flo has expanded into Western Canada and is seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager – Western Canada to further develop and grow the business in the region. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Territory Manager will strategically plan, coordinate, and execute promotional and sales initiatives, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive continued growth and success in the Western Canadian market.. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:. . Plan, organize, and participate in sales activities to develop the territory and achieve objectives.. . Promote and sell products to current and potential customers while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and product quality.. . Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop sales strategies, set priorities, and plan actions to meet sales targets.. . Develop and maintain work tools, customer visit logs, and reporting to improve the efficiency of the sales department.. . Participate in price evaluation, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support business decisions.. . Collect necessary information for account openings, draft sales and/or equipment loan contracts, and meet with clients to finalize agreements.. . Receive and prepare quotes, obtain approvals, and present them to clients.. . Provide training and technical support to distributors and customers.. . Follow up with customers after sales or contract signing to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.. . Monitor and maintain rental equipment for customers.. . Represent the company at promotional events and other client engagement activities.. . Collaborate with internal teams, including accounts receivable, to manage overdue accounts.. . Stay informed of market conditions, competitor products, and industry developments, and share relevant information within the company.. . Perform any other tasks as requested by the Sales Director.. . . Post-secondary diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, including programs such as an AEC or DEP in sales consulting.. . Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and developing strong customer relationships.. . Solid understanding of Western Canada lubricant markets, competitor products, and industry trends.. . Strong knowledge of sales techniques, product applications, and pricing strategies.. . Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to identify and respond to customer needs while providing exceptional service.. . Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing sales initiatives effectively.. . Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, including persuasion and negotiation.. . Ability to finalize sales and maintain professional interactions with a variety of stakeholders.. . Demonstrates honesty, integrity, respect, and courtesy in all interactions.. . Tenacious, resilient, and able to work under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.. . Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to growing market presence while fostering long-term customer relationships. . . WORKING ENVIRONMENT:. . The Territory Manager will work primarily from their home office when not traveling.. . Frequent travel across Western Canada is required.. .
