Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance for the product engineering team, including code reviews, architecture oversight, and execution of delivery goals.. Oversee multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Snowflake operations, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, RBAC, security, and cost optimization.. Collaborate with IT and security teams to manage access controls, compliance processes, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.. Drive product and project management initiatives, gathering feedback, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring projects align with business objectives.. Lead cross-functional tooling initiatives, documentation, automation, and POCs to improve operational efficiency and team productivity.. Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing engineering team in India, ensuring engagement, skill development, and low attrition.. Foster collaboration with US-based leadership, product, security, IT, and customer teams to enhance global operations and product offerings.. . 10+ years of experience in software engineering and platform operations, with hands-on coding and technical oversight.. 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, mentoring, and career development.. Expertise in AWS and familiarity with at least one other cloud platform (GCP or Azure), with strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, ECS/Fargate, and cloud security governance.. Experience with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, and Sigma Computing.. Understanding of security, compliance frameworks, SOC 2 audit support, and vulnerability remediation..
