Manager, Brand and Communications. to take full ownership of how our brand is expressed, both visually and through our messaging. This person will lead the combined design and communications team, ensuring alignment and excellence across all brand touchpoints, both internally and externally.. As the steward of our brand identity, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and clarity in everything we communicate. This includes social media campaigns, internal communications, product design, investor materials, and more. You will help shape how the world sees and experiences our brand. . . Lead and manage the integrated brand, comms, and design function.. . Define and drive brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.. . Oversee the creation and delivery of high-impact brand assets, campaigns, and narratives.. . Partner with internal teams (product, growth, talent, etc.) to support their communication and design needs.. . Develop brand strategies that drive awareness, consistency, and emotional connection with audiences. . Provide creative and strategic direction to ensure design excellence and message clarity.. . Ensure alignment across external communications, internal messaging, investor materials, and employer branding.. . Measure and improve brand performance using insights and feedback loops.. . . At least 5-7 years of experience in brand, communications, or creative leadership roles, with at least 2 years of experience managing people or leading a multidisciplinary team.. . Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels.. . Strong background in visual design or creative direction, with a good eye for quality.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.. . Proficiency with creative and brand tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma, Notion, CMS platforms).. . Company Location: Nigeria.
