This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic growth and deepen partnerships across a portfolio of Life Sciences clients, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations. As a proactive, commercially minded professional, you will focus on expanding account value through upsells, cross-sells, and embedding insights into clients’ strategic decision-making. Working remotely, you will navigate complex organizational landscapes and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions, playing a key role in client retention and business development within a dynamic and innovative environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Life Sciences accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders in R&D, medical affairs, commercial, and strategy teams.. . Develop tailored account plans aligning client goals with data-driven insights such as competitive intelligence, innovation scouting, and clinical landscape monitoring.. . Lead renewal and upsell efforts, managing multi-stakeholder procurement processes and driving account expansion.. . Provide consultative partnership by embedding insights into clients’ workflows to support strategic decisions.. . Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to add value to client strategies.. . Deliver impactful business reviews and planning sessions that demonstrate deep sector understanding.. . Collaborate internally with Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.. . Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in account management.. . . 5–7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally within SaaS or analytics, with at least 2 years supporting Life Sciences clients.. . Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech sectors and how cross-functional teams leverage data for strategy.. . Proven ability managing complex, multi-threaded accounts with a focus on retention and growth.. . Hunter mindset with strong initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities.. . Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and Medical/Scientific leaders.. . Skilled in data storytelling and aligning solutions to business needs.. . Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.. . Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.. . Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields is a plus.. .
