Actively sell hardware and software products to new and existing customers . . Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently . . Follow up on expiring software licenses and encourage timely renewals . . Achieve monthly sales targets set by management . . Outbound Calls & Prospecting. . Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily . . Log each call in the CRM system and keep records up to date . . Prospect potential customers and nurture existing leads . . Appointments & Scheduling. . Book sales demos or follow-up appointments . . Coordinate seamlessly with the sales and service team . . Order Monitoring & Fulfillment. . Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery . . Communicate with logistics and operations to resolve delays . . Customer Support & Complaint Handling. . Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams . . Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution . . Post-Sale Engagement. . Guide customers through onboarding after their purchase . . Ensure connections with tech support or account managers for a seamless experience . . 🕒 Work Schedule:. . Full-time: Monday through Friday. . 8 hour shifts daily (including breaks), based on business needs . . You must be punctual and available for your assigned shift. . . Experience in . sales, telesales, or customer service. . . Must work with own tools / laptop (PC required, no MAC users). . Strong . communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. . . . Mandatory:. Knowledge of . computer hardware. . . Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales tools . . Familiar with . Google Suite. (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) . . Slack experience is a plus . . . High-speed Ethernet internet (minimum 30 Mbps required). . . Self-motivated, proactive, and organized . . Able to manage high volumes of calls with confidence. .
