About XPay. xPay is an all-in-one payment solution for iGaming and crypto businesses operating in the US, supporting Zelle, Cash App, Crypto, and PayPal. This pilot project aims to assess market demand and establish an initial client base.. Key Responsibilities. Operations Management. . Design, implement and optimize operational processes for payment flows, client onboarding and compliance. . Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, risk mitigation and regulatory alignment. . Develop reporting frameworks to track KPIs, client activity  and financial performance. . Establish and document SOPs to ensure scalability and operational excellence. . . Partnership Development. . Identify, negotiate  and manage partnerships with payment platforms, fintech providers  and compliance vendors. . Build relationships with clients and affiliates to expand the xPay ecosystem . . Act as the primary liaison between xPay and external stakeholders (banks, PSPs, crypto providers, etc.). . Explore and implement new payment rails and integrations to expand service offerings. . . Strategic Leadership. . Collaborate closely with founders to define and execute the go-to-market strategy. . Anticipate industry and regulatory trends, advising leadership on risk and opportunity . . Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, business development and compliance. . . Experience: 5+ years in operations, partnerships, or business development in fintech, payments, or financial services . . Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a startup or high-growth environment . . Strong understanding of payment systems (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Crypto) and related compliance considerations . . Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships . . Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills . . Ability to operate with autonomy, make decisions under uncertainty and drive results . . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . . Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving pilot project. . Preferred. . Experience working with US-based iGaming and crypto industries. . Knowledge of U.S. payment regulations (KYC, AML, money transmitter rules). . Previous leadership of cross-functional teams in fintech or payments. . . Company Location: Georgia.
