Full Stack Developer - MarTech / AdTech (Remote) - 1014895453 at leadtech. We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our MarTech / AdTech team, driving the technical implementation of our marketing attribution pipelines, landing page experiences, and network signaling integrations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and engineering, enabling accurate measurement, campaign optimization, and seamless user journey tracking across multiple paid channels.. You will work closely with performance marketers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable tools and solutions that power data-driven growth.. Key Responsibilities:. . Attribution System Development. . . . Implement and maintain attribution models using tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, or custom server-side setups.. . . Develop back-end systems for web-to-app attribution, postback routing, and conversion event handling.. . . . Landing Page Infrastructure. . . . Build and maintain high-performance landing pages optimized for performance, support CRO A/B testing, and analytics tracking.. . . Integrate dynamic content, UTMs, and tracking pixels for multiple campaigns and traffic sources.. . . Ensure fast load speeds, responsive design, and A/B testing compatibility.. . . . Network Signaling & API Integration. . . . Set up server-to-server postbacks for networks like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.. . . Collaborate with marketing platforms to ensure accurate data flows and real-time event signaling.. . . Build APIs and middleware for event ingestion and delivery to third-party networks.. . . . Data Flow Management. . . . Work with data teams to structure and pipeline campaign data into warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.. . . Ensure event deduplication, data integrity, and alignment with marketing KPIs.. . . . Monitoring & QA. . . . Establish automated testing, monitoring, and alerting for attribution and landing page performance.. . . Debug mismatches between internal systems and ad platforms.. . . Technical Skills:. . Frontend:. . . . Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, or Vue.js. . . HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and client-side performance optimization. . . Integration of tracking scripts (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc.). . . . Backend:. . . . Node.js, Python, or Go for building APIs and middleware. . . REST & Webhook-based architecture; experience with server-side tracking. . . Familiarity with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions). . . . Database & DevOps:. . . . Experience with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). . . Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker. . . Cloud services: AWS / GCP / Vercel / Netlify. . . . Attribution & AdTech Experience:. . Deep understanding of mobile/web attribution (SKAN, MMPs, cookie-based, UTM-based). . . Prior experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch. . . Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.). . . Understanding of postback systems, event mapping, and event prioritization. . . Soft Skills:. . Ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions. . . Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. . . Problem-solver mindset with a bias for action and testing. . . Proactive ownership over QA and reliability of data pipelines. . . Nice to Have:. . Experience with Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo). . . Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and tracking implications. . .
