Accountabilities:. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling sales success and ensuring financial precision by:. . Designing, validating, and implementing sales compensation plans that align with business goals.. . Leading the day-to-day Employer Services Finance support model, acting as the primary finance partner for sales teams.. . Partnering with global and regional teams to ensure accurate data from billing systems for tracking performance against targets.. . Delivering timely, insightful financial analysis to drive sales performance and improve reporting processes.. . Streamlining and automating processes, integrating new products, teams, and acquisitions into sales operations.. . Training and supporting sales teams to enhance financial understanding and performance.. . Leading the annual goal-setting process with sales and finance leadership.. . Managing governance approvals for high-value commercial deals.. . Driving transformation and change within a finance-sales partnership framework.. . The ideal candidate will bring a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership, including:. . At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Finance, ideally within the Employer Services sector, with proven ability in designing and managing sales compensation plans.. . Strong knowledge of financial disciplines including analysis, forecasting, pricing, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.. . Proven track record in project management, from concept to completion, with the ability to organize and meet deadlines.. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with familiarity in Tableau and global billing systems.. . Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.. .
