The founder is the face of the business, and this role will own the strategy and execution behind growing her presence across social media and email. You will create, edit, publish, experiment, analyze, and iterate. The goal is simple: increase visibility, strengthen authority, and build a highly engaged audience that converts into customers.. This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable producing content daily, testing bold ideas, and staying ahead of platform changes. You are not here to maintain content. You are here to grow it.. Manage and grow TikTok and Instagram accounts. Create, edit, and publish short-form video content consistently. Edit videos using CapCut and other native platform tools. Design carousels and graphics aligned with brand voice. Stay current with algorithm updates, platform trends, and content formats. Test bold concepts and iterate based on performance data. Content Ideation and Creative Direction. Develop creative concepts that stand out in competitive feeds. Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging. Bring structured experimentation to content strategy. Track metrics and adjust content direction based on insights. Email and Community Communication. Write and manage email campaigns and newsletters. Build structured nurture sequences across different audience stages. Develop a tiered communication system across prospect and client journeys. Maintain consistent engagement with the audience. Product and Monetization Support. Set up and optimize link management tools for social platforms. Research and support development of digital products. Assist in launching new revenue streams aligned with audience demand. Identify monetization opportunities tied to audience growth. What You Bring. 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or founder brand growth. Strong hands-on experience editing short-form video content using CapCut. Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth mechanics. Strong copywriting ability across social and email formats. Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Self-starter mindset with proactive idea generation. Nice to Have. Experience building personal brands. Experience launching digital products or community-driven monetization. Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. Experience analyzing content performance and growth metrics.
