Assist clients with inquiries about subscription plans, billing, and service features. . Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions. . Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and support quality. . Stay informed about subscription trends and product updates. . Participate in training sessions to continually improve service skills. . A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. . Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter..
