Responsibilities. . Provide support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to our products and services.. . Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and help resolve any issues they may encounter.. . Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.. . Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.. . Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide customers with the most relevant information.. . . Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Experience in customer service, especially within a corporate or remote environment.. .
