AEM Developer at JUST ONE | Recruitment & Executive Search agency. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend development and has hands-on experience building robust, scalable, and secure solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.. Responsibilities:. . Develop and maintain AEM backend components, including Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and workflows. . . Build and manage secure integrations with external systems and APIs. . . Support headless and API-driven architectures using AEM JSON Model and GraphQL. . . Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, including dispatcher-level configurations and caching. . . Optionally contribute to front-end development using frameworks like React. . . Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability. . . Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge sharing.. . . Strong proficiency in AEM backend development (preferably AEM as a Cloud Service), Java, OSGi, Sling Models, servlets, and workflows. . . Experience with API development, including REST, JSON Model, and GraphQL. . . Deep understanding of dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning. . . Expertise in secure data handling, data exchange, and integration with external systems. . . Solid problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack. . . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and development best practices. . . Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js is a plus. . . Knowledge of headless CMS implementations using AEM frontend SDKs is beneficial. . . Adobe AEM developer certification is a plus.. . Company Location: Greece.
