Reporting directly to the CTO, the VP of Product Management will bridge high-level product vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to bring ideas to life through iteration, insights, and impact.. Define and evolve the product vision and long-term roadmap in collaboration with the executive team . . Ensure alignment between product priorities, technical capabilities, and business outcomes . . Represent the product internally and externally, including to partners, customers, and board members . . Hands-On Product Management. . Conduct customer discovery and gather feedback to validate product direction . . Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria . . Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional reviews . . Execution & Delivery. . Collaborate with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality features on time . . Help evaluate technical tradeoffs and prioritize speed vs. scalability . . Test and validate new product releases to ensure business impact . . Team Development. . Mentor and grow a high-performing product team . . Foster a collaborative, transparent, and data-driven team culture . . Metrics & Outcomes. . Define and monitor KPIs for product performance and customer adoption . . Use customer insights, analytics, and competitive research to drive continuous improvement . . Requirements. . 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role . . Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on data . . Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on systems, APIs, and architecture . . Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution . . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. . Company Location: United States.
