We are looking for a Lead Qualifying Sales Support Agent who is confident in communicating with potential customers, skilled at qualifying leads, and capable of managing follow-ups independently.. In this role, you will respond to inbound inquiries received into Hubspot via social media marketing and the company website, assess lead quality, answer initial questions, and ensure qualified prospects are properly tracked and moved through the sales pipeline including booking consultations with Pool Consultants.. This role does not involve cold calling, all leads are inbound.. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and capable of handling objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.. Key Responsibilities: . Respond to inbound leads generated via social media and website inquiries. Conduct initial qualification calls to determine customer needs and readiness. Communicate clearly with potential customers via phone, email, and messaging. Handle basic objections and questions from potential clients. Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in HubSpot CRM. Manage and track follow-ups with prospective customers. Ensure qualified leads are properly passed to the appropriate sales team member. Collaborate with the Melbourne-based sales team and existing offshore team member. Confident and professional phone communication skills. Strong written communication and messaging skills. Experience qualifying sales leads. Comfortable handling objections and answering customer questions. Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently. Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
