Accountabilities. . Develop and execute tailored ABM programs for strategic accounts, creating personalized experiences for key decision-makers.. . Scale both 1:1 and 1:Few initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across campaigns.. . Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, strategy, product, and content teams—to deliver integrated marketing programs.. . Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize ABM initiatives.. . Deliver account-specific messaging, content, and assets that reflect customer identity and business needs.. . Educate internal stakeholders on ABM best practices while ensuring program visibility and alignment across the organization.. . . Minimum 5 years of ABM experience within enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.. . Strong track record in developing personalized content (web, video, presentations, etc.).. . Proven ability to design, manage, and report on integrated marketing programs.. . Skilled at building strong relationships and collaborating across multiple teams and regions.. .
