Manual QA Analyst at Kaizen Asset Management Services. Position Overview. We are seeking a . Manual QA Analyst with strong accounting/finance domain knowledge . to join our team. This person will . own the testing lifecycle for all product features. , ensuring accuracy, stability, and compliance across both business and accounting modules. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in . manual testing . with a solid understanding of . accounting workflows . to validate business-critical features, conduct regression testing, and safeguard product quality..  . Key Responsibilities. Own and execute . end-to-end manual testing . for all system features, including accounting modules.. .  Perform . regression, sanity, and smoke testing . for each release.. .  Translate . business and accounting requirements . into detailed, executable test cases.. .  Validate . financial calculations, reporting, reconciliations, and workflows . against accounting standards.. .  Maintain and update comprehensive . test documentation . (test plans, test cases, regression checklists).. .  Identify, log, and track defects clearly, ensuring timely resolution with developers.. .  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and accountants to ensure alignment on requirements.. .  Proactively identify . gaps or inconsistencies . in requirements or implementation.  Support . UAT (User Acceptance Testing) . with accounting and business teams.. . . .  . 3–5 years of manual QA experience. , preferably in finance, accounting, or ERP systems.. .  Strong knowledge of . accounting concepts . (ledgers, invoices, reconciliations, financial reporting). .  Proven ability to design and execute . regression and sanity test suites. .. .  Skilled in documenting and maintaining . test plans, test cases, and defect reports. .. .  Experience working with . Jira (or similar tools) . for issue tracking and test management.  Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. .  Strong communication skills to explain issues in both business and technical language.. . . Nice To have. Background in . accounting or finance . (degree or professional experience).  Experience testing . ERP, financial software, or accounting systems. ..  Familiarity with .
