Deliver personalized support to Dutch-speaking VIP clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.. . Proactively anticipate clients' needs and ensure seamless resolution of issues they may encounter with our products.. . Document all interactions and feedback from clients to improve service delivery continuously.. . Collaborate with different departments to ensure comprehensive solutions for client challenges.. . Provide product training and detailed explanations of features to VIP customers, ensuring they maximize their use of our systems.. .
